Winterfeldt IP Group was proud to sponsor the latest symposium for The Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession (IILP), hosted by 3M in Minneapolis, MN on April 9, 2018. At this symposium, Winterfeldt IP Group Founder and Principal Brian Winterfeldt presented his article, “Thirty Years of Progress, Far from Perfection: The LGBT Experience in the Legal Industry from the 1980s to the Present.” IILP studies issues of diversity and inclusion among legal professionals, including those in private practice, working in-house, and in other roles requiring the practice of law. The IILP Review, an academic journal published periodically by IILP, offers carefully-researched articles on all aspects of diversity in the legal industry.
