She recently graduated with honors from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where she earned her LL.M. in Intellectual Property. Savi's educational background also includes a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law from the ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education in India, both completed with First Division honors.
Throughout her legal education and internships, Savi has developed a comprehensive understanding of intellectual property law. At the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law IP & Transaction Clinic, she gained practical experience by drafting and submitting trademark registration applications to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), preparing responses to office actions, conducting trademark searches, and advising clients on registration procedures and litigation strategies. Her experience extends to copyright matters, particularly concerning work-for-hire agreements and the rights of independent contractors.
